Maintaining the table is easy and that would increase its lifespan. It is suggested to keep acidic items away, as they may leave stains which are difficult to be removed. The most common items we use regularly and could add to the stains are tomatoes, salad dressings, ketchup, and wine. So ensure that you wipe off the stain immediately if the kids have dropped some ketchup while being playful or if you have dropped some wine after having too many glasses.
Lemon oil is extracted from the lemon peels or lemon rinds. It smells like a freshly cut lemon and is yellowish to light green in color. It has a number of beneficial properties and finds use in several different applications, ranging from personal care products and home cleaning products to furniture polishes. The main chemicals in lemon oil include alpha pinene, myrcene, alpha terpinene, linalool, camphene, limonene, and beta bisabolene. Unlike most other essential oils that are obtained by the process of steam distillation, lemon oil is generally manufactured by the process of cold extraction.
Tip #6: If your sofa was left unused for a long time, there are chances of mold and mildew growth on its surface. For this, you have to prepare a solution by mixing up one part of rubbing alcohol with one part of water. Put this mixture on a spray bottle and apply it on the mold infested part of the sofa. Then rub a white lint free cloth gently over it in small circular motions. Then turn on the fan and let it air dry.
Tie-Dyed Clothes. Remember when bright, tie-dyed colors were all the rave? In the early eighties, everything was a starburst of six and seven different colors that didn't really match and could make your eyes water with the brightness of the design. Home furnishings have begun to incorporate this design again, with wall hangings of tie-dyed starbursts, throw rugs in the pattern, bedspreads full of tie-dyed spots, and even some couches artfully designed in such a manner. If you like the bright, anything goes style, this may be for you!
